A longtime favorite of mine, Bois de Jasmin is written and maintained by blogger Victoria Frolova. Her fragrance reviews are almost ethereally poetic.
Boomtown Boudoir
http://boomtownboudoir.wordpress.com/
"This blog is about perfume, pioneering, and the call of the wild." It's also sharply hilarious and I think that the writer might be my scent twin, as I haven't found anything to disagree with yet. A seriously enjoyable blog which often lands in fragranced territory, this has become one of my favorite reads.
Chandler Burr
http://www.chandlerburr.com/newsite/content/articles.php
Chandler Burr is the perfume critic for the New York Times and is the author of The Emperor of Scent as well as the upcoming The Perfect Scent: A Year inside the Perfume Industry. Mr. Burr is at his best when he makes use of his considerable talent for humor, as in the recent NYT article "Meow Mix," in which an encounter with civet musk is discussed.

His del.icio.us links are even more extensive and would be useful for anyone researching fragrance-related topics.
The Scented Salamander (Marie-Helene Wagner)
http://www.mimifroufrou.com/scentedsalamander
Marie-Helene Wagner's Scented Salamander is another site that, for me, presents serious navigational and graphical challenges but these quibbles are more than balanced by the sites' advantages. It is very frequently updated and absolutely full of cutting-edge information from the perfume industry. This is usually where I first read about new perfume launches and industry developments. The fragrance reviews, too, are fantastic and very well-written.

Luca Turin
Dr. Luca Turin is a biophyicist, aroma designer, perfume reviewer, and all-around Renaissance Man in the world of perfumery and olfactory sensation. He is the subject of Chandler Burr's fascinating book The Emperor of Scent and recently published his own The Secret of Smell, which is an intriguing look at the science of smell and some of the controversies in this field of research. Dr. Turin's published a book of perfume reviews in French called Parfums: Le Guide in 1994. Since then he has gained an almost cult-like following among those who love perfumes and enjoy his uniquely vivid reviews. In spring 2008, Dr. Turin and his co-author Tania Sanchez will release a new book of reviews, Perfumes: The Guide, which will include their thoughts on over 1500 modern and classic fragrances.
